The manufacturing process of quinoa flakes is quite simple, and it retains all the nutrients of its original seed form. The quinoa seeds are steam and soften, then it goes under a roller press to convert this tiny round shape seed into flakes, it is then dehydrated and repackage all under the highest food safety standards of ISO2200 and BRC.
